Background
Jon is the behind the scenes coach developing the leadership abilities of countless CEO’s, Managers, and staff of Division 1 sports teams, and professional sales people that have reached the Million Dollar round table, and the top 1% of all professional Sales in the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
Jon has been the keynote speaker at hundreds of events. Jon is equally comfortable speaking to 15 as he is to over a thousand. Jon has been hired to speak at organizations ranging from Universities to some of the top executives of Fortune 100 companies.
Jon has helped companies more than double their profits in as little as 4 weeks, solve “unsolvable” communication problems, align people and strategies, experience unprecedented growth in a down economy, get executives “back in their sweet spot,” and teach CEO executive level leadership skills to small business owners that turned their “small business” into a “World Class” business.
Jon is a columnist and has been published in the business section of several publications and was featured on the pilot episode of “Life’s Good” a New York documentary.
Jon worked in sales at Thomas Nelson Publishers in Tennessee where he was top 21 for first year national sales in their Varsity program.
Jon has worked in the non-profit sector for 8 years, starting hundreds of initiatives for youth and adults, including programs that are still going today in Florida and New York, as well as helped Charter Schools put their Strategic Plan in place quickly.
Jon has also been speaking to youth as well as young adults professionally for over 8 years, ranging from venues such as Skate Parks to Schools.
Jon has worked on the executive team of several large non-profit organizations, overseeing leaders in technical arts, as well as strategic initiatives, vision and planning.
He has been a part of developing a 20 year vision for the fastest growing YMCA in the country as well as the on the board of multi-million dollar non-profit organizations.
He has helped raise millions of dollars for building campaigns and programs.
Jon was a presenter at New Hope Family services in Syracuse NY.
Jon is an ordained minister for the last 8 years.
Jon is a proud member of Rotary International and district trainer in AZ.

Jon is a cancer survivor, marathon runner, father of 3 kids and happily married to his wife Kelly.
