Coaching

Through Driven Associates Jon offers both Personal and Corporate Coaching.

Jon offers coaching all over the United States via teleconference and email, as well as face to face Coaching in the Greater Phoenix, AZ area.

This is not Rent-a-Friend “Life Coaching.”   These are powerful and proven processes that are focused on helping individuals get the results they want in their life and their business.  Our Corporate Coaching has helped turn companies from losing money each month to becoming more profitable than ever before in as little as 4 weeks.

Coaching with Jon will help make you more money, help you find your purpose in life and work, dream, put a plan in place to achieve your dreams, and help you become who YOU want to be.  This often leads to quantum jumps in performance, becoming indispensable at your job, relating better to those around you, reaching your personal goals, and at the same time reaching your career/financial/professional goals in a much faster time table.

The difference between Consulting and Coaching.

The main difference is that “Consulting” has the underlying message that “I’m smarter than you are.  I’ll tell you what’s wrong and how to fix it.”

“Coaching” is a fairly new approach that has the underlying message that “YOU are smart.  I will help YOU understand and learn how to maximize your potential and profits.  So, YOU can solve not only this problem, but maximize all areas of your life and business even after I’m gone.”

For example, if we look at learning how to ride a bike;  the consulting approach would be to explain how to ride a bike.   Showing them how to ride the bike would be the mentor approach.  And supporting the bike until you learn to ride it yourself is the coaching approach.

I am convinced that being a great coach is much more difficult than consulting, and yields much higher results in the long run.

Driven Associates tailors each coaching program to the organization and individual to help them reach their own desired results.  It is bottom line results driven and individual focused.
